QPR, another professional team that does not know how to defend in the closing stages of a game when you are ahead.
They should have been relagated. Most fans around the world on talk shows are saying we lost the EPL because of the off and on days of goalkeeper David DeGea. They say how horrible he was in the first half of the season and in the game against Everton in the 4-4 draw. I don’t know whats your take on these comments, but thats all I’m hearing. I guarantee you now that the Glazers will make enough money available to get the team back on track.

it will take 1 almighty fucking anus of a yank not to see that this is the golden goose in their portfolio of businesses
if they don't feed it enough, it just ain't going to produce the eggs
feed it enough dross and dregs and you'll end up with sub standard shite
so come on you yank fucks, put some decent money in SAF's hands so he can really spunk it on some quality that will be the difference next seasonPosted 1 year ago # -

Only a thick cunt would say that mancini was a shit manager
He has learned from his mistakes brought back tevez when people thought it was a shit move
His mind games fucked up fergie while he was at the four seasons
Sad seeing the sheer arrogance of united fans being exposed especially those who thought Mancini is a shit manager a mr average
Even funnier those who predicted he would be sacked. Arrogance and jealousy personified. Utter cunts.
And for fergie to bang abou history fuck off just be gracious and congratulate them. End of, we've been beaten fair and square and admit it that a young gun from Italy has just like mourinho outgunned you and in terms of mind games out played you.
Well done united too, only lost on gd and still a very good points haul and considering Vidic was out and we have a new goal keeper and we have a manager intent on not buying because of his on stubborn notions of value, we have done well.

i dont think SAF doesnt want to buy because of what u say danni
its more like the gimps have tied his hands and publicly he has to say that bollox
its not as though he hasn't spent money last season, just that to get the quality in the right departments is going to come with more than 20 million to spendand he did congratulate them when he was interviewed afterwards
mancini is not a shit manager but lets face it, he had an unlimited war chest and did more u turns than a london taxi driver and still only won the title in the last 3 minutes of the season on goal differenceyes it feels like crap tonight but we have all felt this was lost 7 months ago so to have come this far was a fantastic achievement

Danni, United didn't lose the title because of Mancini's mind games. They had been playing in first or second gear for much of the season and that is largely because they were complacent. I go to the home games and have seen how they have been playing. This is why they got knocked out of the Champions League. Their performances at home were dire.
In terms of the domestic league, they got caught out by their complacency during the run-in when they should have re-doubled their focus to get us over the finish line.
Mancini's mind games were amateurish.
We lost the league title on goal difference, a goal difference that we could have more than made up in our home games against West Brom, Fulham, Villa and QPR. Swansea at home is another example. We only did the bare minimum to win the matches. In the end, that proved to be a failing which stopped us winning the league.
As for being gracious, you should have seen Fergie's post-match interview.

you and i don't agree on a lot but i guess i have come round to your take on the complacency that infected the team with 2 months to go and especially in the last 5 weeks
but let's also agree that some of SAF's decisions and tactics were bizarre especially his insistence on berba keeping the bench warm most of the matches where he would have opened up the opposition and instead made hernandez and welbeck startPosted 1 year ago # -

I really don’t know why the Glazers would be waiting to sell the club for 1.5-2 billion. No idiot is going to spend that much on a football club, however retarded/soaked in blood money they are.
It is a much safer investment to buy a previously small club like Chelsea/Man City and then pump in hundreds of millions rather than spend billions to just buy the club, forget about the yearly investment needed later.
Clubs the size of United just cannot be handled by one owner alone. It should have stayed a public company or restructured to have a system like Real Madrid’s or Barcelona’s.
To be honest, I don’t know what the Glazers are waiting for. Their best bet is to sell their shares to different people rather than one single bidder.

This is totally wrong... United is one of only a small group of clubs, along with Real and Barcelona, that can compete at the highest level, on the strength of their own finances.
United is the most valuable club in the sports for a very good reason... it makes more money than any other... except for Real and Barcelona, who have the unfair advantage of owning their own television rights... if United negotiated their own telly deals, they's take in over £500 mill a year.
Without the debt the Glazers have lumped on the club, United could reduce matchday costs to the fans, and still compete with anyone, including city for the best players.
In the period of time that the Bitters have spent £500mill on players, United have pissed away £500mill on Glazer costs, and STILL managed to maintain a competitive team.
Any proper football fan, who just happens to have a spare couple billion sitting around, could do no better than buy Manchester United... your money is safe, as the club will never depreciate, and it can carry it's own load... Abramovic, and the 40 Thieves of Etihad, will never see the money they've spent again...

I don’t doubt United’s ability to be in the green every year on its own. But who would spend 2 bill of their own money on a football club? In 7 years no one has stepped forward. Clearly there is no ‘rich and benevolent football fan’ around.

It's well known that the Glazers have had several approaches, but have said in no uncertain terms... not for sale...
Maybe not because the offer isn't right... but because there is still too much debt... if they keep hold of United long enough, not only will they get a huge offer, like £2billion... but they'll get to keep more of it as well, because the fans will have paid off most of the debt... and in the meantime, they can take out a few million every year for themselves in various fees and payments.

Its not so much about spending 500 million on players. Its the style of football that you play. Look how Bilbao, a team made up of youngsters outplayed us twice! No expensive players there, but their style of football killed us. With all that money that Man.City spent, they could only tie us for first place. We don’t need to be that concerned even if they spend another 500 million on players. You know the old saying, “money can’t buy you love”. All we need to do is fix our midfield problems, bring in two experienced defenders and if Berbatov goes, bring in a striker for him. Man.City have their moment now but if they keep spending like drunken sailors and don’t advance in the Champions league, they will end up another Chelsea.

That’s what I was saying in another thread. If Fergie does not want to spend on players, spend on the backroom staff to atleast vary the way we play. I was very happy with the way United were playing at the start of the season and with a little more tactical nous and by shoring up the perennial injury crisis at Old Trafford, the team could have kept the momentum long enough to have won it by now.
I saw the Blackburn and Fulham matches at home and United really were so one-dimensional and thoroughly devoid of ideas. I took people along who had never seen United play and they really must have been wondering what the fuss was all about.

But the debt is tied to the club. Even if they sell, they get to walk away unscathed.
Atleast, that’s what I understand.

Ya Ya Toure ,Silva, Kompany, Aguerro were immense all season.
There are cheaper versions of these players , just have to find them and sign them I think we've seen similar younger players who play for Bilboa.
I'd recommend us staying away from that crooked cnunt George Mendez this summer as all he seems to do is hike up prices and pocket the excess.
With Rooney and the right central midfielders we could be a decent team.
The real troubles in life are apt to the things that never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle tuesday.Posted 1 year ago # -

Well... I would imagine that would be negotiated, wouldn't it?
You wouldn't spend £1.5billion on a club, without knowing who has to pay for its debts, would you?

Barton lets rip at Shearer...
"Controversial midfielder Joey Barton took exception to Alan Shearer's criticism of his very public meltdown against Manchester City yesterday.
The QPR player was sent off as his club battled against relegation for an off-the-ball elbow on Carlos Tevez before kicking Sergio Aguero to the ground and squaring up to both Vincent Kompany and Mario Balotelli as he left the field.
Barton's former manager at Newcastle Alan Shearer rightly condemned the player on Match of the Day 2 for his actions but the unrepentant midfielder took to Twitter to give his side of the view before engaging in a lengthy rant against the England legend, which went something like this...
Shearers still on my case..."I know I f*cked up Alan, thanks for stating the obvious."
Whilst were both stating the obvious about each other, can I just say for the record what a great player u were. Well better me...
But I have a better hair(which is not hard), wear well better shirts on TV and have a personality(something u lack).
I really don't like that prick, in fact I honestly despise him... Goodnight.
I'd take it off Hansen and GaryLineker but not from that bell, same fella that stamped on Neil Lennon, then threatened FA if they banned him
...That he would retire from international football. No sorry, not having him, never have. Selfish, boring man him. He can do one...
My favourite memory of him though is when he dropped his spuds when Keano put it on him. Goodnight Al, sleep well matey...
With that my shearerrant is over... Goodnight all xxxxxx"

two fucking gobshite cunts
shearers always been clever about his cuntishness though, savvy cunt prick

To be fair... when you're as good as Shearer was, you can get away with being a cunt... at least, more than Barton can.

He was a diving wimpy cunt, Shearer, whose knees would somehow collapse whenever he felt a hand on his shoulder.
It's cheating, it's diving, it's being a cunt, it's proper centre forward play.
I just wish he got as much shit as Drogba does when he does it. But then Shearer was Mr England and he had a lot of time for the press.
