   What’s the obsession with transfers? It’s so ridiculous. Anyone would think transfers are more important than trophies. We’re in the three biggest competitions still. It’s not like we’re on the verge of collapse. A few tweaks here and there is all we need.

   I look at the team and the club, and I see serious problems... not just the midfield deficiencies... but the way we've been ignoring them and the obvious lies being told to justify the way our club is being managed.

   Rooney scoring a hat trick today is immense. Now we've got (PL only):

   Berba on 20 goals and 3 assists
   Hernandez on 11 goals and 1 assist
   Nani on 9 goals and 13 assists
   Roo on 10 goals and 11 assists

   Plus Tony V back, might be good for a couple of goals and certainly some assists.

   Add Welbeck to that mix next season, and our forward line looks pretty fucking healthy. You have to laugh at Ancelotti saying Chelsea have the best forwards in the PL.

    Yeah but never get to play our first four choices anymore, and defence is too important. It's been the foundation of our success in the past 5 years, and it's the reason we aren't currently running away with the title right now.

    de Rossi? he was mentioned in the press I believe

    I love the summer transfer wankfest, tis a drama like no other. except for the games.

    and Smalling and Evans provide good cover at centre back, United have a good defensive record. Just need to sign a midfielder and if anyone leaves someone to replace them.
