    He burst onto the scene with the winner vs. Villa and then scored vs. Sunderland too. He also bagged against Chelsea and the first in a comeback against Villa.

    Both the first two were vital winners on the way to the title, the Chelsea goal in a big match and the other Villa one launched a comeback to get us a point. So he isn't fazed by the occasion. He always looks lively in preseason. He knows where the goal is, and unfortunately this season he seems to have been played on the wing in a 4-3-3 for United reserves and first team which doesn't help matters.

    Definitely worth developing long term. Owen and Diouf will be gone by next season so he will get more games in his proper position.

    even i know where the goal is, but it doesn't mean i can get the ball in it
    i think the adulation after the 2 goals he scored went to his head
    he needed SAF to take him under his wing and nurture him but like so many younger players recently at OT, he got a bit too ahead of himself
    i hope he does well at qpr and like welbeck and cleverley, grows up quickly

    I think he did go to his head, but still 20 and some great experience under his belt. In days gone by he may have been binned off, but united will put him on the long term development plan - youth team - reserves - 1st team pre-season - 1st team limited apps - loan - 1st team pre-season - loan again - more reg apps - and hopefully starter. As I say Owen and Diouf will be gone soon enough, he may get another loan at the start of next season and then play more of a role at United.
