    Looking like it now I'm afraid - even taking into account the injury crisis we're more threadbare than we should be.
    We've been in decline since '08, the two titles we've won since are more to do with the lack of challenge out there. Unless Ballotelli keeps losing the plot and Mancini shows up as the average manager I suspect he is...
