According to who? Seems a bit contrived to get Neymar in despite him being an embarrassing ineffective fanny when it came to crunch time. They've put Mbappe at a 9 in order to squeeze Neymar in, even though he didn't play there, and Neymar was clearly not as useful as Kane/Lukaku/Mandzukic, for starters, who all did more for their teams, which progressed further than Brazil.
Paulinho instead of Pogba/de Bruyne/Witsel/Kante? ok....
Not many notable LBs, but I'd put the young French guy (Hernandez?) and Marcelo ahead of Young.
There's a good few I'd put ahead of Lovren at CB too: Godin/Alderweireld/Mina/etc
