Ole's press conf was refreshingly positive. But iirc even Jose Gave a positive interview in his first press conference. All new managers are I suppose. But still, Ole doesn't seem the type that whines too often in public

If OGS and the supporters stay positive, it’ll help sell the job to the likes of Poch. If things go bad and people get on his back and he gets testy and defensive in pressers, it’ll just reinforce the impression than United is a fundamentally broken organization and the manager’s office a poisoned chalice.

I'm saying it now, if he has us playing like that and we can build on it i'd keep him. Let's see how it pans out though, 1-5 is a good start.

His interaction with Wayne in the post match interview is hilarious.

That would be a huge call, given that we could get Poch instead, if we moved heaven and earth for him. I can see where you're coming from, though.

He probably just told the lads to go out and enjoy themselves etc. He doesn't have much tactical nous and so wouldn't be right for us (just now, might change as he gets more experience). What the game on Saturday showed was that the lads we do have can do a decent job, if they decide to play to their abilities. And it showed just how much Jose had lost the dressing room. Anyway, it was only Cardiff so let's not get too carried away. Let's see how we play against Spurs in 3 weeks time...
