Cavani and Telles sound almost confirmed. To be fair, no one would have predicted our three signings at the beginning of the window. Oh well.

Apparently we might also be signing a 18 year old Uruguayan winger, Pellistri. I think he’s been playing senior league football in Uruguay. Same agent as Cavani apparently, and apparently Forlan recommended him.

This is a gross generalization, but the Uruguayan players usually seem to have some bollocks tbh.

So is Pellestri one for the future or first team ready? Is he the Sancho fill-in?

Looks like we're also gonna sign 16 year old French CB Willy Kambwala

They might be good signings but it doesn't help us in the next few years

This doesn't bode well. Doesn't sound like he's been properly scouted and identified as someone that can work in our system.

tbf, he looks good and strong and fast. Real, PSG and couple of the other big euro boys were in for him but Forlan set us up with him early. Think Forlan is Manager at where he plays and they all think he's the next big Uruguayan superstar. Doubt he'll make the first team this season but one for the future.

€30m for an unproven 18 year old, who has played 25 minutes of first team football. Woody must have read the same thing as me, which describes playing against Traore as playing against Messi.....and that's all he needed to know.....

Not expected to join us until Jan though due to work permit issues.

Signed loads of attack minded players and a LB but no CB, RB or DM in sight.

Amad Traore looks class tbf. Too young to start, but quick, skillful, creative. That's a better buy, one that's done with a style of football in mind.

But we're being linked with all these players - and only one CB. And he's 16. Does Ole see the problem?

If this is true, shows the panic setting in....
