He wouldn't have wanted to come under Jose or Gaal either.
It's better to not sign players who don't want to come rather than try to lure them with more wages. That's not worked well for us.

Ole's new signings overall have been better than the crap we've signed.
Maguire looks like a top player. Wan Bissaka is good as well but he needs to improve in offense. These two however are our best defenders since Jones and Smalling were signed. That's a long time.
Fernandes looks like a top top player but it's early days. I was skeptical but he looks like a quality player who also takes on responsibility on the pitch.
James looks mediocre as fuck though. He can't shoot or dribble past players. He's got pace and isn't bad with possession but he isn't an improvement among our first choice attackers.
Fuck the Glazers

Can you imagine how unbearable Raiola would have been if we'd have signed Haaland? All the Pogba chaos and drama would start again. It'd be a nightmare. The cunt is only 19 as well.

Spending money on shit players and hiring bad managers has been a much bigger problem than spending money on good players who don't want to come.

Di Maria, Falcao, Sanchez, Fred, Lukaku, Depay and Pogba were all big name players we bought. All shit.

Out of those, only di Maria and Pogba didn't want to come - both mismanaged, both amazing before they came and di Maria has been good at PSG and we barely made a loss. Should make a profit on Pogba after 3 years of him being our best outfielder. Also Di Maria, Pogba and Rooney are the only United players to get 10+ assists in a league season for United post Fergie. The problem is not the good players, it's too many shit ones around them and shit coaches on top of that.

Also, if Fred and Depay count as big names there should be a lot more names on that list, but the rest of the players we bought look even worse and we'll make a loss on them after they've contributed fuck all.

Cannot see us turning a profit on Pogba. No way is he worth what we paid.

I'd ship Martial out too tbf. Too inconsistent.

Once again, inconsistent Martial is scoring at the highest rate of any United player. Don't know why people want to get rid of our best players and build around the dross.
