Great left foot, great touch, fast and has got skills. Bit of a personality as well.
Yeah he looks very exciting. Someone scoring goals from the right would have a transformative effect on our team.
Reminds me of Pogba.....

But we still badly need a CB that wants the ball and can play it out. But we're not being linked with any of em. I've a horrible feeling the club think it's Smalling. If so Smalling and Koulibaly int much different to Smalling and Bailley.
jones is the one we’d never sell, taggart wouldn’t allow it

Depressingly, you're 100% correct

So Daniel James was our Sancho backup...

Apart from how depressing that is, are we really going to spend another summer chasing LWs and ignoring the right where we literally don't have a single player?

I can't see how we can only sign 3-4 players this summer. Even before players started leaving we needed a RB, CB, CM and RW minimum. If we wanted to challenge we would need a new back 4, two mids and a rw. But now Herrera's gone, Mata, Lukaku and Sanchez will likely go, de Gea and Pogba want to go, Ole wants Martial out - we are starting from scratch. At that point Rashford is literally the only worthwhile player at the club.

Solskjaer overall record wasn't that bad (3rd in the league), but the way it played out with the bounce and the slump, no one has any hope or faith in Solskjaer to turn it around and the people around and above him clearly have no clue. You'd only stick around because we're a club who pay average players like Shaw 200k.

Real are supposed to be signing Jovic and Hazard, and will be looking for others. They've already signed a CB. That's how a proper big club rebuilds. In contrast, we'll get this winger from the championship. Maybe.

If this is true then £200K a week for Shaw is a bargain.

If that figure is close to being true, Herrera would be an idiot not to take it. Huge wages and a three year deal, with a club that's probably more fun to be at than United is right now.

I’ve not seen us linked with him, but we should be in for James Maddison at Leicester. Quality younger player.

Jovic to Madrid for 52m. Barca have got Griezmann all but done. This is how big clubs operate; don't fuck about, get in there early before others have a chance.

Woodwaard will end up with the scraps. He'll spend 3 months negotiating for Swansea's Daniel James who we'll fail to sign on deadline day.

What you are glossing over is that the big clubs have that 'pull'. When Real approached Jovic, he wasn't going to go anywhere else. Griezmann has always been on Barca's radar (except for that one transfer window when we might have signed him) and it was pretty much a done deal because Antoine wants to go there.

When it comes to us signing up our 1st choice targets, the biggest problem is that they don't really want to come to us. We are at best a 2nd tier club now. And so the only way to get the cunts is to offer them more dough than, say, Barca. This is what has been happening since LvG and one of the main problems that needs addressing.

And so if the club only signed 'who's he' players this summer, it might be a good thing.
