Kaney killed Tottenham's play, offered nothing, slowed down play, couldn't hold it up, no ideas, meant their best player Son was shunted wide

The "If he's fit he plays" mentality is what did for england when Rooney was shite

Sarri told Chelsea he wants to join Juve but Juve still want Pep. Now City are being linked with Poch as his replacement.

Pep and Poch need new challenges. They've both maxed out what their squads can achieve. Pep int winning the CL at City. His football is less effective in europe and he said himself unless the fans change their indifferent (aka smalltime) attitude towards the comp they aren't winning it. But that cultural change int happening any time soon.

He should fuck off to italy and conquer the last major european league on his list and Poch should finally manage a club with money to spend

Pep would probably win the Champo with City if he kept at it, but he doesn't seem the type to stick around long term.

Poch has taken Spurs as far as he can. They'll lose a couple more key players this summer, he needs to move on before it goes a bit rotten. That's what happened to Klopp at Dortmund. Things went off the rails a bit towards the end there for him, but he's been doing ace at Liverpool.

Honestly think we should move for Poch and make Ole the DoF.

We should've been bold in Oct 2015 when it was looking increasingly clear that life under Van Gaal wasn't working - and gone for Klopp.

We should be equally bold now and go for Poch.

Aye, Ed hiring Pulis in the same summer Klopp began rebuilding the squad he inherited at Liverpool is ultimately the reason we're so far behind. Klopp built a title challenging squad and made 2 european finals. Whereas Jose made us 6th, 500m worse off with a squad full of hoofers and the biggest wage bill in football going on shite like Val, Fellaini and Sanchez.

Liverpool are set up to dominate football now. Certainly win the Prem. Pep is clearly thinking about leaving, and if not this season then it's likely he'll go next, and with Klopp about to sign a record breaking new deal they'd be the strongest team in the country.

Klopp cottoned on very quickly that we're not a serious football club. I think Poch would have done the same.
