I didn't know this but Derby are about to be bought buy the richest of the UAE royals, Bin Neyahen. He's the cousin of the City owner. It's the same cunts that tried and failed to buy Newcastle. So clearly they appointed Rooney cos it's great PR for the sportwashing process.
