Gotta credit Jones today. Masterclass in both midfield and defense

Smalling was also very good in defense

Rooney was great but didnt put on his finishing boots today

Still just kid really... not even as old as Keane was, when we signed him... but he's still got a lot to learn... at times, his head goes awol, and then he's prone to big errors.

Jones needs playing week in week out, if he's going to become a big player he needs to play. Yes he's a bit of a headless chicken at times, but at least he appears to love playing for us and he looks like a fighter and a leader. We need as many as them as possible in the current squad.

Jones always plays a lot when he's fit. Played ~ 3000 mins as a 19 yr old (7th in team). 6th this year behind De Gea, Evra, Carrick, Rooney and Vidic.

Kagawa wasn't great offensively today but did a lot defensively. Sagna looked much better when he'd gone off. Probably does more for his chances with Moyes than anything else.

    Fabulous result.

Atmosphere was awesome. Rooney was the difference between us winning and drawing (in terms of work rate, he did give the ball away a lot). Defence was a bit of a worry. Players like Ferdinand and Vidic were lumbering. We did ride our luck in the second half with the number of crosses Arsenal were putting in which were not converted into clear chances.

We did what we do best. Play ordinary football but get the result with sheer determination. It was a team performance we used to see under Fergie.
