Even bankers are starting to think Corbyn might be the safe choice now https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfr ... government

John McDonell has been doing a lot of work behind the scenes convincing business to back labour. There was a guardian article that reckons more than half "the city" back labour now. That's because they've realised a socialist labour gov will actually be a mild social democrat government that's still 100% wedded to capitalism. It won't be revolutionary. Middle class remainers; your lifestyles are safe. It's going to breathe new life into capitalism and make it work for people under 45. Cos as Marx said capitalism will fall to pieces when the rich cut services and drive down wages to the point were people don't have the money to live or buy the shit they produce.

...not sure what 'middle class' really means these days, Sid ['remainers' or not]...
Interestingly, just been reading a book that puts to the sword the popular myth of a rising middle class in Africa. The evidence would seem to suggest it's all complete bollox.
From ghoulies and ghosties and long-leggedy beasties and things that go bump in the night, Good Lord deliver us...and while you're at it, a bit of a helping hand with hobbits wouldn't go amiss...

What's the book? Sounds interesting. And depressing.

This idea that brexit is an eton toff driven fantasy - remain was led by Osborne and Cameron, two oxbridged etonian bullingdon cunts, not to mention all their private schooled scum minsters and SPADs

It's two sides of the same shit

Generally accepted as property owners, from professional backgrounds etc aka the ones who were in hysterics yesterday when labour announced their policy to abolish all private schools :))

You know mddle england that calls for the poor to be sterilised and believe in class based eugenics
