Haha

Speaking of value, getting £8-9m for Cleverley is good work from Woodward

But it could be undone if Hernandez goes to Juve for a reported £12m

Shane Long cost that much ffs

All talented, but is there little surprise when you consider the above that they didn't have the mental application to survive at OT.

One word, haphazard.

Bill, I'm sorry mate but I haven't so much bollocks talked in a long time.

Where a person/athlete comes from often spurs them onto greater heights.

And that shite with Nani is garbage, my best mate comes from Cape Verde & lived in the same part of Lisbon as Nani. He's proud of his roots, he doesn't class himself as Portuguese, rather Cape Verdian. He's a good bloke from a good family with a decent job.

And so what if Nani had 17 siblings, Patrice Evra had 25 siblings another 2 died in child birth. He's originally from Senegal and had to fend for himself as a teenager while playing in Italy.

Other examples I'll give you are Tevez & Maradona came shanty towns & they're proud of their roots but were inspired to escape.

Half of LVG's Ajax squad were immigrants from colonies living in the worst parts of Amsterdam but everyone of those players were inspired to become legends. Go read about Zalatan's childhood, he was a petty thief as a kid, living in a tiny flat with an alcoholic father scarred by the Bosnian War is Zalatan short of confidence???

Roy Keane came from one of Corks roughest areas his all his family were unemployed, & yet he's the most driven man to play for Mufc.

Btw Ronaldo's dad was an alcoholic.

Apparently the Carvalho talk is legit, a United (official) briefed journalists at today's press conference.

Again Carvalho is one of Moyes targets, & apparently LVG is fussed when he took over, but now time is ticking away Van Gaal is considering the option.

Now Utd could just be using this interest to force Juventus' hand.

But take into account Carvalho shares his agent Jorge Mendes with Di Maria, Ronaldo,Nani & Anderson............. & Bebe.

This could be a ploy by the agent to stir Arsenal into paying up.
