Another game like the City one earlier in the year, happy to hold on for the draw, rather than going for the win. Not the mentality if you really want to make a challenge.

If Leicester beat Leeds, their game in hand, they go 2nd.

Same old shit. It's never going to change with Ole. Can't change games. Can't change tactics. It's all on the players to do everything by themselves. He's an interim manager. He's helped make a better, healthier squad, and he'll pass on a better team to the next manager than he got from Jose. But he's not qualified to run this team. It's 2021. Competitive teams need tactics.
You've nailed it. Ole has been transformational tbf, when you think what Jose left behind. I remember Nev saying if Ole can just make the fans like the club & players again he'll have been a success. As it happens the squad is in much better shape, from quality to youth to wage structure.

We just need a fucking identity. A plan. We're crying out for it. They need to know what to do in possession, and on the edge of the opposition box, cos it's aimless. It results in indecision in the back 4 too which makes average players like Slabhead and Hoof worse. The only time we look like we know what we're doing is when we play on the counter or go behind.

The players will be sad to see their mate Ole go but I think they'd really appreciate a manager with a strong identity and a clear plan in every game

Part of the problem is that we lack enough 'characters' to grab a game by the scruff of the neck. If Fernandes doesn't perform, we're screwed.

Defence is absolute fucking dogshit.

As for midfield, I feel sorry for de Beek.
